From the integrations panel in Mediyn, create a new connection to your EHR/EMR system. Mediyn uses FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) — the healthcare industry standard for data exchange. Your IT team or our integrations team configures the FHIR endpoint, authentication credentials, and data scope. Connection validates automatically.

Data syncs automatically
Once connected, Mediyn syncs patient demographics, encounter data, and clinical records on a configurable schedule. Every sync run is tracked — when it started, when it finished, how many records were created or updated, and whether anything failed.
