How long does switching take?
Most solo practices are live within 14 days from the discovery call. We handle the export from your current EHR, the import into Mediyn, and the validation. Your old EHR stays read-only for 30 days as a safety net.
Does Mediyn match my note style?
Yes - after 3–5 sessions, Mediyn calibrates to your phrasing, sentence length, and clinical idioms. The format (SOAP, DAP, BIRP) stays standardized; the voice becomes yours.
What if I'm self-pay only?
Everything still applies - Mediyn handles invoicing, Stripe payments, superbills for client-side submission, and late-cancel fees. The insurance stack is dormant until you need it.
Can I keep my old EHR running during the transition?

Where does the session audio go?
